Hi,

We have an urgent (in house) requirement for Business Development Manager.

Role and Responsibility:

*Acquire new clients by interacting with the HR personnel and send Business Proposal to develop new clientele

•Concentrating to generate new leads through various sources. •Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.

•Identify new opportunities, organizations, and convert them as clients to organization. 

•Work on Social media platform to create awareness regarding the company.

•Maintaining a quality, elevating client satisfaction,

•Cold-calling, pitching and setting up meetings for potential prospects. 

•Generating Enquiries, understanding the customer requirements on staffing solutions. 

•Following-up the customer regularly till the conversion of lead. •Keeping track on the business flow from the client. 

•Source/Hunt requirements from Job portals & LinkedIn. 

•Building the clients network to gain more business. 

•New client’s development and ensuring recurring business by constant customer contact. 

•Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers for business development. 

•Identifying prospective clients from various sectors thereby achieving business targets. 

•Technically sound and meaningfully discuss and offer solution to prospective customers. 

•Prepare and deliver technical presentation. 

•Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts. 

•Raising the invoices. 

•Good relationships with customers for continuous business generation. 

•To make sure payment collection on time and no payment dues. 

•Developing and implementing long-term relationships with clients. 

•Develop prospect lists to generate new business including cold calls. 

•Proactive in developing the brand.
