Global Immigration is part of the Talent organization within Talent, Deployment and Mobility. This team is the advice and council to the business units for expertise and guidance regarding cross border immigration, assignments, international relocation and foreign national recruitment.

The Global Immigration organization provides advice and council globally, drives policy creation, reviews compliance and ensures overall immigration awareness, compliance and education for the Company.

 

In this role, one will ensure all foreign nationals working and visiting a foreign country meet local country immigration laws and regulations. This team works directly with Project Managers, business controls, Immigration suppliers and law firms

 

# “The candidate will be responsible for many aspects of Immigration including but not limited to:

 

• Establishing and monitoring the appropriate visa management control points to ensure necessary compliance

• Business travel management India to US

• Minimum salary compliance

• Work permit validity

• Work permit withdrawals upon country departure

• Work permit start and end dates

• Appropriate visa types

• Establishing and monitoring control points

• Analyzing data and testing for compliance

• Operational management of Travel Screening

• Operational management of Visa Screening and Processing
