• We provide installation, management and ongoing support of the Kana Response infrastructure.
• Should have experience on Kana 7
• Understanding of new versions of Kana i.e. 9 and 10
• Should be providing L3 support
• Timely processing of request by prioritization, tracking and escalation
• Consistent responses to all inquiries
• Flexibility in request handling such as routing, collaboration, and internal notes
• A database for reference and reporting purposes
• Real-time window for monitoring inquiry activity and volume statistics
• Standard reports for business decision making
