Messaging – Service Deliverables
The service consists of monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system administration services for messaging infrastructure. Backup management for Messaging servers, servers are monitored on a proactive basis for service interruption, server performance and backup failures. Server hardware is being managed with coordination with Hardware vendors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to provide technical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer Satisfaction through SLA & Process Compliance. The emphasis would be on skills like • ACL/ECL • User/Group Administration • Replication • Mail Routing • Clustering • Configuration document • Server document • Transaction Logging • Maintenance/Crashes/Troubleshooting
