 PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

 

The Client provides expert consulting to top-tier clients across the globe to manage their business processes efficiently. As an experienced Oil & Gas consultant, you should have a good business background, hands-on experience in consulting, with at least 2 or more full lifecycle SAP IS Oil implementations, preferably in International / Global projects and 5+ years of Oil & Gas industry and /or consulting experience.

Certification:

- Certification in SAP Oil & Gas preferred.

 Primary Skills

- Expertise in either Upstream or Downstream areas in Oil & Gas

- Very good knowledge in SAP IS-Oil is mandatory.

- Expert knowledge in any two areas in Downstream such as TSW,TD,TDP, MAP, SSR, HPM, – Good Exposure to Logistics areas MM, SD is a must.

• Should have worked as a Functional consultant/solution Architect on at least two full cycle implementations

• Should be capable to analyze the requirement and Work independently

• Should have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• Should have client facing experience in a global environment and be able to collaborate with clients and Partners and have a strong desire to excel

• Ability to deliver quality results in aggressive timelines

• The ability to thrive in a team environment

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Demonstrate a high degree of mobility & willingness to travel at short notice.

• Good Leadership skills will be a plus.

Key Performance Indicators

Experience and Other Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP IS Oil experience

• 5+ years of Oil & Gas industry and /or consulting experience.

• Good experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques

• Strong configuration and design skills

• Techno functional capabilities with debugging skills would be an advantage

• Good experience in gathering and analyzing customer’s requirements and creating Functional specifications.

• Extensive contribution in to all facets of SAP R/3/ECC implementations viz. Business process study, Blueprinting, Baseline & Final Configuration, Testing , End-user training, Go live and Post Go-Live support
